Program Philosophy
Medical imaging is a high-demand healthcare specialty with significant career growth potential, yet entry pathways have historically been difficult to access without prior credentials or connections. ImagingWorks removes that barrier with an earn-and-learn model — placing participants directly at RadNet clinical sites from day one, so they gain real-world experience while earning a wage, preparing for state licensure, and building a career in a field where advancement can lead to six-figure salaries.
